My Day One Story
I did this collage in about 15 minutes, it is complete.
To start I took a blank piece of paper (8 1/2 x 11). Just plain paper. My decision has been to do the entire 28 days from one source and things I do on the computer.
So Day 1 Air. I wanted the focal to be AIR and upward movement. The 'task' (from the book) is to set your intention. Well, that was easy I found this great 'T' set in a picture of air and beach - I added 'rust and grow' - which is my intention to "Trust and grow" - through this 28 day process.
As I printed the 'rust and grow' a card caught my eye with the words "You must listen...." perfect to add to and set my intention. And the rest just fell in place.
A collage does not have to take great thought, in fact the less thought, the more intention it contains. Listen to your heart and your intention. The rest will come. The first day might be difficult, the next easier and then by the end of week one - your are sailing on an ocean of air!
The most important piece - is to relax into it. It is all about YOU. There is no judge anywhere in the background. The story comes from your heart and it will be true.
